If chase is made when we arrive for installation, we will measure for cap. If the chase is not made, we will mark pipe with a “frame to line”. If you would like us to measure when the chase is completed, there will be an additional trip charge. If you choose to measure, please fax us this sheet and we will fabricate and install within 30 days. 

 

 

 

Reminders:

 

            -If finishing in stucco, wrap a 1 x 2 firring strip around the top. Our drip edge is 3”, so it 

           will overlap the gap between the stucco and the 1 x 2.

 

          -If using a 1 x  4, please specify. An extra charge will apply. We will make a 5” drip edge.

 

          -If finishing in hardiboard, please give outer most dimension, including trims. A 3” drip

           edge is standard.

 

          -An estimate for cap exceeding 39 x 39 or 5” drip edge will be faxed to you for your

           approval before fabrication.

 

          -Our installer will determine if a lift is needed for cap install. This is to be provided by the

            builder. If you choose to not provide a lift, $75 will be deducted for self installation.
